I was ready to begin my fitness journey this year, specifically interested in one to one training with a professional female, and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Eileen is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & fun.
 
My fitness has slightly increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete circuit training/superset, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session even though it's only been 5 sessions. Not only that she is very encouraging, motivating, and very thorough with her explanations and visuals to demonstrate proper technique.  
 
I always look forward to my workouts with her. I would recommend her to everyone – she is amazing!!😍✨

I like that Eileen exposed me to a huge range of workouts and exercises that targets the entire body. I always look forward to training with her because we progress to something new/different when my body gets stronger over the sessions! 

 

She is clear and elaborate explanations of the exercises form, posture and breathing which allowed me to carry them out on my own. I always enjoyed our training sessions as there would constantly be super random burst of laughter out of nowhere which makes training way more fun and enjoyable

My goal this year is to get fit and strong physically and mentally. I have always hated exercising my whole life, but training with Eileen makes me changed my views on exercising. 

Eileen teaches me different variety exercises every session, which makes exercising much more fun and enjoyable. She is also always patient and motivating all the time. With her help, I start to enjoy strength training a lot! Through my PT sessions, besides learning proper forms on lifting, I have learnt to properly various stretching methods to increases my flexibility, and range of motion. 

Signing up PT with Eileen was the best investment in my health and wellbeing. Its amazing to see how much you your body can improve with exercising, even my gut health have improved! Can't thank Eileen enough for being an amazing PT instructor. I really recommend everyone to give PT with Eileen a go!

When identifying a single phrase to describe my experience with Eileen, my mind inevitably concludes that she makes exercises "meaningful" to the client.

 

With all the mental stressors from my past injury and disabling my ability to run long distance again, Eileen appearance became a perfect psychological reinforcement with her optimistic vitality and consistent support. 

 

Her professionalism and workout is tailored to my personal goal. She is a great listener and making me enjoy workout confidently. 

 

She has provided me with resources, ensuring that I work out with right form to reduce chance of injuries. Once a while she will challenge me with the " just right" challenge, providing assurance that I am improving in strength and mindfulness time to time.

 

Her heartwarming and cheerful personality enables her to form good interpersonal connections, making me feel like her friend and constantly have me in mind. 

 

Working with Eileen for the past few sessions has provided me with an irrevocable amount of sweat, laughters, good exposure, and increased knowledge on how to exercise meaningfully, at my own pace with good amount of motivation to work towards consistency.

Eileen has been instrumental in helping me to focus on my weight loss goals and core strengthening. She took the time to understand my fitness goals and worked with me to create a customized fitness plan that was tailored to my needs.

 

What I appreciate most about Eileen is her deep understanding of how the body works and how to get the most out of each workout. She has the ability to motivate me and with her guidance has helped me to achieve at least 5kg weight loss and improved my core strength.

I signed up for the personal training as a total beginner in gym and with the intention to get fit. I am been training under my trainer,Eileen. She is always positive and encouraging during our training sessions.she will demonstrate each exercise clearly and explain which type of muscle groups I should be targeting. 

She will also make sure to emphasise on the proper form and breathing techniques. 

 

I also do appreciate how Eileen will always check in on you after each session on how you are feeling. 

Through this training, I felt that I have seen slight improvements in my physical strength from someone that has no idea on how to use the gym equipment from the start to now where I am slowly starting to be able to lift heavier weights. 

 

Thank you Eileen, for all of your  workout sessions. I will definitely recommend Eileen to anyone that is a beginner to gym like me or looking to improve your fitness and achieving your goals.

Thank you for being such a wonderful PT, Eileen! I am so glad that i have decided to try out new trainer this year! Eileen managed to give me the consistency in the training, as well as correcting all my incorrect postures which was never being pointed out to me by my past trainer. So no more painful knee when i do deadlift/squat now :)!  

 

Our sessions were never once boring because she has planned each session with many variety of exercises and entertaining all my questions!
